First an admirer, British model Jourdan Dunn, can now count Naomi Campbell as a colleague, as the pair teams up for Burberry’s spring/summer 2015 campaign. Campbell returns to model for the brand for the first time since her campaign accompanied by Kate Moss back in 2001.
Like the previous campaign featuring Cara Delevingne and Kate Moss, this one was shot by Mario Testino and directed by Burberry chief creative and CEO Christopher Bailey. On the collaboration with Testino, Campbell says;
It is always a pleasure to work with Mario Testino; we came up in the business together 28 years ago, so have an understanding and ease in working together. His photography is special and the results are always stunning. And I was thrilled to work with Jourdan Dunn for the first time – it was a lot of fun. But above all, it’s always rewarding for an artist to work on a campaign for a world-class product.
In the campaign clip below, the British beauties are seen posing in pieces from the brand’s forthcoming collection including, colorful coats, scarves, dresses and tote bags with Burberry’s iconic plaid pattern. Check out the video and behind the scenes photos below.
