Jhené Aiko Reveals “Souled Out”, Release Date & Album Art

Back in June, Jhené Aiko fans awaited the August 25 release for her highly anticipated debut album, Souled Out, unfortunately, that date was pushed back. With the release of the artist’s cover art for Souled Out, things seem to be moving along. Def Jam announced an official release date for September 9 of this year.

The cover art is quite the visual. It sees the singer being lifted by a bright beaming light, floating in-between two worlds. The concept album, covers the journey, or path, of a woman going through heartbreak, confusion, and finally  enlightenment.

Fans of the singer/songwriter, will get the chance to see Aiko perform live while on the road with ScHoolboy Q and The Weeknd for their “King Of The Fall Tour.”

Check out the official album artwork below, and be sure to grab a copy when it release September 9th.
